A Royal Birthday Salute to His Royal Majesty, Oba Muyiwa Ibeun
On behalf of the Mopa Elulu Global Youth Forum (MEGYF), I, Comr. Joseph Solomon Babatunde (JSB), Convener, warmly celebrate His Royal Majesty, Oba Muyiwa Ibeun, the Elulu of Mopa, on the occasion of his birthday.
Today, we celebrate not only a monarch, but a father, a custodian of our heritage and a symbol of unity whose position on the throne carries a profound responsibility to the people of Mopa.
The Mopa Elulu Global Youth Forum is a global platform created for Mopa Elulu youths at home and in the diaspora to connect, network, support one another, share opportunities, develop ideas and collectively contribute to the growth and development of our people and community. In this vision, we recognise the traditional institution as an important pillar of the progress we seek for Mopa.
Kabiyesi, your reign provides our generation with an opportunity to reconnect with our roots while looking confidently towards the future. As young people, we understand that the development of Mopa requires the participation of everyone, and we are encouraged by every effort that promotes peace, unity, dialogue, cultural pride and community development.
Your Royal Majesty, the youths of Mopa Elulu are proud of our heritage and remain committed to building a stronger, more united and prosperous community. Through MEGYF, we will continue to encourage meaningful connections among our people, support one another and mobilise the creativity, skills and resources of our youths towards the advancement of Mopa.
On this special occasion, we pray that Almighty God continues to grant Your Royal Majesty wisdom, sound health, strength and a long life to lead the people with courage and understanding. May your reign continue to witness peace, unity, progress and remarkable achievements.
