Governor Ododo Mourns with Former Kogi Accountant General Over Wife’s Death

Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, has extended his heartfelt condolences to the former Accountant General of the state, Alhaji Jibrin Momoh, following the death of his wife, Mrs. Hanatu Jibrin.

In a condolence message issued through his Special Adviser on Media, Mr. Ismaila Isah, the governor described the passing of Mrs. Jibrin as a painful and heartbreaking loss, not only to the immediate family but also to all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Governor Ododo expressed sympathy with the bereaved family, praying for the peaceful repose of the deceased and asking Almighty God to grant Alhaji Jibrin Momoh, his family members, and loved ones the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.

He urged the family to find comfort in the worthy life Mrs. Jibrin lived and the positive impact she made during her lifetime, noting that her memory would continue to remain a source of strength and inspiration to those she left behind.

Mrs. Hanatu Jibrin reportedly died after a brief illness and was laid to rest at the Gudu Cemetery in Abuja in accordance with Islamic rites.
