Olorunpomi David Ifemidayo Declares Interest to Represent Kabba/Bunu in Kogi Assembly

An aspirant seeking to represent Kabba/Bunu Constituency in the Kogi State House of Assembly, Mr. Olorunpomi David Ifemidayo, has formally declared his intention to contest the seat, pledging to offer effective representation and promote the development of the constituency.

As part of his consultations, the aspirant paid a courtesy visit to leaders, elders and key stakeholders of Akutupa Ward, where he formally informed them of his ambition and his desire to serve the people of Kabba/Bunu at the state legislature.

Addressing the gathering, Olorunpomi said his aspiration was driven by a genuine commitment to the progress and unity of Kabba/Bunu Local Government, assuring that he would work to advance policies and initiatives that would bring meaningful development to the constituency.

He noted that his decision to first consult with leaders and stakeholders in his ward was guided by the belief that leadership must begin from home and grow through the support and guidance of the community.

The ward leaders and stakeholders, who received the aspirant warmly, commended his courage in stepping forward to seek elective office and expressed appreciation for his decision to begin his consultations with his people.

Olorunpomi also reiterated that he would respect whatever decision the leaders and stakeholders of Akutupa Ward may take regarding his aspiration, stressing that his ambition is rooted in the desire to represent the collective interest of the people and strengthen the voice of Kabba/Bunu at the State Assembly.

He concluded the meeting by seeking the support, prayers and guidance of the people as he continues consultations across the constituency ahead of the forthcoming political process.
