Accord Party’s Mopamuro Assembly candidate, Hon. Babarinde Oloke, has congratulated President Tinubu, Governor Ododo, former Governor Yahaya Bello, Kogites, and Nigerians on the occasion of Eid-el-Kabir.
The Accord Party candidate for Mopamuro State Constituency in the forthcoming 2027 Kogi State House of Assembly election, Hon. Babarinde Oloke, has congratulated Nigerians, the people of Kogi State, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, former Governor Yahaya Bello, and Muslim faithful across the country on the successful observance of this year’s Eid-el-Kabir celebration.
In a goodwill message made available to journalists, Oloke described Eid-el-Kabir as one of the most significant periods in the Islamic calendar, noting that its lessons of sacrifice, obedience, compassion, and selflessness remain essential to nation-building and peaceful coexistence.
The Mopamuro Assembly hopeful extended his warm felicitations to President Tinubu and commended his efforts towards strengthening national unity and advancing reforms aimed at improving the country’s economic fortunes.
He also congratulated Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo and former Governor Yahaya Bello for witnessing another Eid celebration in good health and for their continued contributions to the growth and development of Kogi State.
Oloke further extended his greetings to political leaders, traditional rulers, religious clerics, members of the National Assembly, stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress (APC), the Accord Party, and other prominent Muslim personalities across Kogi State.
According to him, the successful completion of the Eid-el-Kabir festivities should inspire citizens to embrace peace, tolerance, and a renewed commitment to community service and national development.
“Eid-el-Kabir teaches us that true leadership is rooted in sacrifice and service. As we return to our daily activities, let us remain united in our pursuit of a more peaceful, prosperous, and progressive society. We must continue to support one another and work collectively for the advancement of our communities and our nation,” Oloke said.
He urged Nigerians to sustain prayers for the country’s leaders and to remain hopeful despite prevailing challenges, expressing confidence that the nation would achieve greater progress through unity, resilience, and collective responsibility.
Oloke also called on political stakeholders across party lines to place the interest of the people above personal ambitions, stressing that sustainable development can only be achieved through cooperation, mutual respect, and inclusive governance.
He prayed for lasting peace, prosperity, and continued progress in Mopamuro Local Government Area, Kogi State, and Nigeria as a whole, while wishing all Muslim faithful Allah’s blessings and rewards for the sacrifices made during the Eid-el-Kabir season.
