APC Ward 03 in Ponyan Endorses Obaro for Second Term
The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ponyan Ward 03, Yagba East Local Government Area of Kogi State, has unanimously endorsed Hon. Emmanuel Obaro for a second term in office.
The endorsement was made during a stakeholders’ meeting held at Central Primary School, Ponyan, where party leaders, members and supporters gathered to reaffirm their support for the lawmaker.
Leading the endorsement, the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Rice Mills, Hon. Oludare Frank, said the decision was based on Obaro’s performance and commitment to the development of the constituency.
Also speaking, a former Council Leader, Rt. Hon. Grace Muyiwa Folorunsho, described Obaro as a responsive representative who had remained accessible to the people and attentive to their needs.
According to her, the lawmaker’s track record in community engagement and grassroots development justified the call for his return to office.
The meeting was attended by political appointees, the elected councillor, local government executives, Ward 03 APC executives and party faithfuls, all of whom expressed confidence in Obaro’s leadership.
In a communique issued at the end of the meeting, the stakeholders urged party members to ensure total support and mobilisation for Obaro in future elections.
They noted that sustained support for the lawmaker would attract more dividends of democracy to the ward and the local government at large.
The stakeholders also commended party leaders in the area, particularly Barr. Fabola, for providing direction and unity within the party.
They reaffirmed their commitment to delivering victory for the APC in all forthcoming elections.
