TO ALL OUR ESTEEMED STAKEHOLDERS,
1. I have the singular pleasure to On behalf of the Management of WURAOLA GOLD FOUNDATION extend our warmest greetings and heartfelt wishes to all our esteemed stakeholders as we welcome the month of November. May this new month bring abundant blessings, renewed strength, greater opportunities, and continued progress to us all.
2. As we reflect on our journey and look forward to the opportunities ahead, our team consider it important to provide an update on the Foundation’s operational activities and strategic direction, and with the gracious permission of our dear Founder and President, Queen Wuraola Gold Alfa (Mrs), we therefore call on the general public, and particularly the WGF Family both at home and in diaspora to by the content of this publication get intimated accordingly.
3. As you may recall, our last major engagement with stakeholders and beneficiaries was during our end-of-year party and outreach activities in December 2025.
Since then, much of year 2026 has been a period of operational hiatus, strategic reflection, and institutional reassessment, during which our regular field operations were significantly scaled down.
4. This period was deliberately dedicated to internal restructuring, strategic repositioning, performance evaluation, and the development of a renewed operational framework designed to strengthen our institutional capacity, address identified challenges, and improve overall service delivery.
5. Notwithstanding the reduction in regular field activities, essential skeletal operations have continued behind the scenes to ensure sustained support for our enrolled beneficiaries and their dependants across our various operational stations.
6. As part of this strategic process, the Foundation undertook extensive consultations and engagements with its Board of Directors, administrative and support staff, dedicated field officers, and other stakeholders. These engagements provided opportunities to evaluate our past performances, identify operational gaps and institutional limitations, and develop practical strategies to address existing challenges while establishing a stronger framework for effective and sustainable operations.
7. We are therefore pleased to announce that, following this period of institutional reassessment and strategic restructuring, the Foundation is concluding its operational hiatus and positioning itself for a renewed phase of engagement, strengthened coordination, and more effective service delivery. As we implement our revised structures and prepare for the next phase of operations, we encourage all stakeholders, partners, supporters, and volunteers awaiting opportunities to resume service to remain hopeful, patient, and steadfast in their commitment to our shared vision
8. These engagements have further strengthened our resolve, renewed our motivation, and reinforced our collective commitment to the ideals upon which WURAOLA GOLD FOUNDATION was established. The journey ahead calls for renewed collaboration, shared responsibility, stronger partnerships, and a collective dedication to our mission.
Our immediate focus is on rebuilding operational momentum, strengthening stakeholder relationships, improving service delivery, and creating fresh opportunities to expand our impact across the communities we serve.
9. We sincerely appreciate everyone who reached out through various channels to express concern, encouragement, and continued interest during this period of reduced field activities.
Your thoughtfulness, patience, understanding, and unwavering support have not gone unnoticed. We deeply value your commitment and recognize each of you as an integral part of our journey.
